When I place an Order On-line, will I still Receive my Loyalty Points, Discounts and Store Credits?

Absolutely!  Every sale/delivery is tied to a customer profile if you want it to be.  Participation in the Loyalty Program is, of course, voluntary.

What Should I Expect When Receiving a Delivery?

If you have called the store directly or placed an order through our website, you can expect the following:

  • Your order will/should arrive within 60 minutes.
  • Delivery orders must be signed for by someone 21 years or older with a valid state issued identification. In addition, State law requires that we record this data and that of the person placing the order, to comply with Licensing requirements. Please have your ID ready at the door.
  • Your credit card receipt will need a signature & has a place to leave a tip for your driver, if you choose. 

Do you Carry Kegs?

We do not stock kegs, however, we can usually get them the next day if the order is placed Monday-Friday.

Does my Keg Rental Include a Tap?

No, tap rental is separate.  We do not charge a rental fee if you buy a keg from us, however, we do charge a tap deposit that is 100% refundable with your receipt and original form of payment to credit the refund back to.

Do you Ship Alcohol?

No, I’m sorry we cannot ship alcohol per the Colorado Liquor Code. We can however ship our beautiful baskets, without the alcohol, to a "partner" liquor store in your delivery or pick-up area. When received, they replace the bottle spacers with the alcohol you have chosen and finish with delivery or have it ready for pick-up.  We do the design and coordinating for a seamless and convenient experience for you.

What is your Store Return Policy? 

°Brix is pleased to accept returns for an exchange on the same day of purchase AND with a receipt. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Event purchases have separate policies for returns.  Please see EVENT POLICIES under the Bartending & Event Services tab.

If I am in the Loyalty Program, do you Share my Information with Others?

We DO NOT share or sell information regarding purchase history, name, email, phone number or other information pertaining to any individual customer.                 

What is a Loyalty Program?

Our Loyalty Program is the BEST in Northern Colorado and possibly further. Your name and a phone number is all that is required to sign up.  When you spend $250 in the store, you receive $10 store credit.  Points never expire and neither do your credits earned. We think you will find that by being a Loyalty member, what is spent vs. what is saved and given back in store credits, is equal or better than the end price you pay at a "big box" store.

Do you give Military Discounts?

Yes! We do give a 10% Military Discount to military personnel in uniform or with a valid Military ID.

Do you ever have Sales or Promotions?

I Couldn’t Find the Item I was Looking for. Can you Special Order It?

Yes! We love bringing in and finding new products! Leave your name, phone and the requested item with a Team Member. It will be given to our Buyer, Andrew.  He works feverishly to find what you are looking for and will contact you when it comes in. Occasionally, products are not available in Colorado for distribution, cannot ever be sold here or may not have plans to distribute to our corner of the U.S. Either way, Andrew will be in contact with his findings.

Do you price-match?

No, I’m sorry we don’t.  We are a locally-owned, family-run business, and only 1/4 the size of a big box liquor store, leaving less room to store large quantities and therefore cannot buy big for additional discounting  to afford price-matching. Many times, if we price-matched, we would be selling it for less than we actually paid. However,  we  do pride ourselves on finding unique products and we are often told we “have an awesome selection.”

Do you accept competitors coupons?

Absolutely! We will honor their offer if under 12% or up to 12% off a discount greater than 12%.
